Vintage or so-called “Rtveli” not only presents the process of harvesting, but is the most beautiful autumn ritual. Vine and grapes are the symbols of our country and they occupy particular place not only in our culture, but in the hearts of people as well. Vintage and autumn are associated with: golden, warm days, yellow leaves, big bunch of grapes and sparkling sun rays; the air full of grapes smell and well-being in every family… Nothing is better than being in Kakheti at this time of the year. The doctors of “Aversi Clinic” decided to visit Kakheti and take part in the vintage process. On the 28th of September they went for two days to the region and took part in the vintage process, pressed the grapes and on the second day witnessed o-called “Tataroba”-dipped churchkhelas in “tatara” and hung them on the poles for drying. To say shortly, they took part in the autumn tradition of Kakheti and returned to Tbilisi with wonderful emotions.“Vine, wine, vineyard and, of course, “Rtveli” are very dear to Georgians .We have decided to give the doctors of “Aversi Clinic” the opportunity to take part in this unusual autumn ritual. Besides, Georgian peasants need help particularly in autumn. Additional labor force is very important during “Rtveli’ – grapes must be picked and pressed fast. The whole process is so beautiful and charges people with positive energy, that participation in “Rtveli” must become a pleasant tradition for the future. Another advantage of our trip to Kakheti is that such excursions, outings, hikings and the arrangement of medical examinations in highland regions- are splendid for the relaxation of our personnel. Besides, we are given the opportunity to get closer and make friends with each other. In return, a unified and friendly personnel is the basis for our company’s success,”- pointed out the general director of “Aversi Clinic” Dimitry Jorbenadze.
The Head of advertising and PR department of “Aversi” Lali Bregvadze also attended “Rtveli”: -“We managed to enjoy the beauty of autumn in Kakheti. Vintage is not so easy, as it seemed to us, however it turned out to be a very pleasant and funny job. Pressing of grapes and dipping of churchkhelas is certainly the most beautiful autumn ritual, that was joined by the doctors of “Aversi Clinic”. Have you ever seen how carefully a peasant in Kakheti looks after his vineyard? Vine is as if alive for Georgians. Their labor is more appreciated if we consider what a labor-intensive business it is. I am pleased to realize that we managed to assist our peasants and had a wonderful time in Kakheti ourselves. These days will be recorded in the history of “Aversi” as another wonderful event.
“Aversi Clinic” wishes you health and fertile autumn!
